i haven't seen you in ages!

you haven't gained an ounce!! i've gained more than ounces, i've gained l-b's!! i'm really hoping that doing the blog again will help motivate us. i won't go into how little i've worked out of late, and the bad eating habits i picked up again. i'm just gonna focus on how i'm going to change it. i'm starting with three easy changes. in two weeks i'll add two more. first three:
  • pack lunch daily
  • run three times weekly
  • do pilates two times weekly
my new favorite workout gadget is nike+!! been using it for a month and already seen a huge improvement in my speed and number of workouts. i added my little widget to the right - i've got goals set up so hopefully the number of workouts will go up each week! i recommend it for any runner, and you don't have to have nike's to use it.

i'm gonna work on some recipes to post shortly, in the mean time i can't wait to try the Killer Kgranola!
